For this project the client required a rendering system that would perform well in the harsh climatic conditions of Saudi Arabia. A system to avoid the difficulties most current rendering practices pose of cracking, requiring extensive and costly preparation before sealing and painting.

The client chose a natural mineral render system developed to overcome these problems by offering a render which can withstand cracking, has unique heat deflecting properties and is immediately paint ready on application.

The finish was chosen to reflect the natural environment in which it is placed – the colour of the desert and this gives an unparalleled feeling of beauty.

Mineral paints were selected to penetrate into the wall surface giving subtle highs and lows to the colour. This gives an ageless appearance and a unique beauty not found in conventional painting systems.
