DMC was the first company in Saudi Arabia to be approved by SASO, the Saudi Building Code, and the Saudi Electric Company (SEC) for External Insulation and Finishing Systems (EIFS). Available with EPS, graphite-enhanced G-EPS, or Rockwool insulation cores, DMC's EIFS delivers continuous building-envelope insulation with a U-value between 0.2 and 0.5 W/m²K, cutting energy consumption by up to 80%. The system is certified to ASTM E2570 and ETAG 004, Class A fire rated to ASTM E84 and suitable for new builds and retrofits alike.

Traditional Style and Najdi Renders & Finishes.
DMC's traditional range reproduces authentic Najdi mud-wall architecture with modern, factory-controlled materials. Traditional Render TR 25 is a SASO EN998-1 compliant replacement for mud finishes, usable with or without straw. Lime Render LR 20/25 creates the contoured, breathable surface associated with heritage facades, for internal and external walls. Lime Coat LC 30 is a zero-VOC thin lime finish for an authentic cloudy texture, and Lime Mortar LM 35 is formulated specifically for restoring red brick, clay and mud-brick construction.
